Book before 12 noon, in our core same-day zone, on a qualifying fault — and if we don't complete the repair by 6pm the same day, the call-out fee is on us. Simple.
12:00 noon is the safe cut-off across our full same-day zone. For the core zone (Sandton, Midrand, Randburg, Joburg North) we can usually still slot in calls received before 1pm. For Pretoria, Soweto and East Rand the noon deadline is strict because of travel time.
No surcharge for same-day if you book before noon — pricing is identical to standard service. The only surcharge is for emergency after-hours work (evenings, weekends, public holidays), which falls under our emergency TV repair service.
It happens — a TV that the customer thought was a power-supply fault sometimes turns out to be a main-board fault, or vice versa. The technician completes the diagnostic, sends you a revised written quote, and you decide. If parts are on the van, the repair still happens same-day. If not, we book the earliest follow-up (usually next morning) and only charge the call-out for the visit.

Usually yes — most faults are accessible from the rear without removing the TV from the mount. For repairs that genuinely require flat-bench work (backlight, T-Con), we carefully dismount, repair on a soft mat in your lounge, and remount when finished.
